Yields1 Serving

 2.50 cups Oat Flour
 1.50 cups Veggie Broth
 1 can of Jackfruit
 4 tbsp bbq sauce
 4 tbsp ketschup
 1 tbsp garlic powder
 1 tbsp onion powder
 ¼ cup nutritional yeast
 1 tbsp soy sauce
 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

1

Add jackfruit to the pan with 2 tbs of bbq sauce and 2 tbs of ketchup. Cook until it looks cooked through. Then add to a bowl with the oat flour and the rest of the ingredients. Mix everything together and let it rest for 10 minutes. Once it is done resting, put the dough on a non-stick pan and let it brown on each side and then cut into "ribs". Add bbq sauce on each side and keep cooking on medium until sticky and the inside is a little dry. If the inside is not dry enough, then bake at 350 for 10 minutes.

I want to try this – do you chop or blend the jackfruit before sauteeing?

No chopping or blending necessary, actually I just shred it by hand.
